Before proceeding with the reservation of the luxury transportation service in Orlando, we kindly ask you to review our usage policies. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us, and a representative will assist you as soon as possible.

What are the payment policies?
All payments will be processed at the time of service via our point of sale system.
What are the allowable waiting times?
At the Orlando airport, there will be no charge for waiting time if you meet our driver within the first 30 minutes for domestic arrivals and within the first 60 minutes for international flights, starting at the pre-arranged time.
At locations other than the airport, there will be no charge for the first 15 minutes of waiting time. After that time, there will be a charge for each additional hour.
What happens if the waiting time exceeds the grace period?
After the grace period has elapsed, an additional charge will be made for waiting time. The charge will be per hour, considering each minute or fraction thereof as a full hour (for example, 30 minutes of waiting time will be charged as 1 hour).
What happens if I need to cancel or modify my reservation?
If you need to make changes to your reservation, we ask that you let us know at least 8 hours in advance to avoid setbacks. If we do not receive a response within 1 hour of sending the reservation confirmation by WhatsApp or mail, we will consider the reservation cancelled.
Are there any charges for additional stops along the route?
Yes, each additional stop between 15 and 30 minutes will result in an additional charge of $40. If you have contracted the hourly service, you may move freely within the urban area, no more than 25 miles from the pick-up or destination.
Can I smoke inside the vehicle?
For legal and health reasons, smoking is not allowed inside our vehicles.
What happens if I forget something in the vehicle?
We are in no way responsible for items lost, stolen, damaged or left in our vehicles. Please check your belongings before leaving our transportation units. However, we assure you that if you forgot something in the vehicle and if our driver found it, the property will be taken into custody so that we can plan a way to return it to you.
However, remember that in our vehicles passengers get in and out permanently and we cannot guarantee their integrity.
